Nestled in a palazzo which dates back to 18th century, the attractive interior combines the warmth and comfort of handcrafted wooden furniture and cream furnishings along with curved archways and original brickwork.
The kitchen is led by a passionate and very skilled chef who works only with extremely high quality ingredients and produces dishes with daring combinations in taste.
His best dishes include black ravioli stuffed with pureed potatoes and mussels on stockfish served with tomato juice and sea urchins. Or how about potato dumplings with saffron sauce adorned with asparagus and quail followed by pasta immersed in tuna sauce with fresh mint.
The wine is equally good as the menu and the choice is extensive and rich in Sicilian and Italian wines
