I am Liliana and I will be delighted to welcome you to the former Florio factory, where we will take a real dip into the past. During our experience, we will taste 3 wines whit crostini, extra virgin olive oil, and Adamo pâté . You can taste the wines: 'Grillo' is white, of good structure, savoury and fresh it denotes an ample structure it is complex, 'Catarratto' is white, velvety and long in then end, 'Rosato' is rose, the palate is of good body, very pleasant with a rather evident freshness.
